I like camera and photography-inspired knick-knacks (even when they’re a little cringeworthy). If you like them as well, you can now pimp your coat, camera strap, or even your ears with a cute little accessory. Funleader is selling a $39 sterling silver brooch that can tell everyone you’re a photographer without you going through your phone and showing off your work to total strangers at a party.
The M3 brooch is a faithful replica of a Leica M3 shutter speed dial. It’s made of 925 sterling silver, and you can pin it on clothes, camera bags, camera straps… Or even use it as an ear stud, which knowing my obsession with earrings is probably something I’d do. I think this is a convenient gift for a camera geek and photographer in your life, especially if they shoot Leica. And of course, that person can also be you. Why not treat yourself from time to time?
A major advantage of this pin is that it’s cheaper than any accessories you can buy for an actual Leica camera. If you’re on a higher budget though, you can go for this sterling silver shutter release for Leica, or perhaps this gold-plated lens.
