A WOMAN has urged fellow fashion lovers to steer clear from Primark earrings after claiming to find her ears full of massive holes.

With their affordable make-up and skincare dupes, Primark has become the go-to for most fashion and beauty fans.

However, for one shopper, Madi Jose, from the UK, the experience wasn't so pleasant, as she took to TikTok to share the mortifying story.

In the now viral video, which has been viewed more than a whopping 406,000 times, the young woman warned people to not buy earrings from Primark.

''So I was thinking 'My ear's feeling a bit sore...'

''I've just taken the earring out - half of my ear has come out with the earring.''

After showing one of the dainty studs, which she claimed were sold by Primark, Madi then zoomed in her ear to reveal the aftermath.

The three holes where the piercings had been not only had become larger but they were also full of blood, and to make matters even worse, the other ear was not looking much better.

''I've just taken them all out and they're all starting to do it.''

Sharing the horrifying clips, Madi added that up until then she had never had any issue with the accessories from the popular brand.

The clip has taken the social media platform by storm, with more than a thousand comments of people claiming the same thing had happened to them.

One beauty fan wrote: ''Omg same I have scars bc [because] of it now I was so scared never again will I trust cheap earrings.''

Someone else revealed: ''no literally my ears are lit GREEN right now and had the worst pus, crust, come out.''

A third who, unfortunately, didn't have much luck with Primark earrings either recommended: ''put earrings in that you get piercered with and buy prontolid spray of amazon.''

''IT SAVED ME. it takes a while to heal.''

After watching the video, there were also plenty of those who suggested sticking to higher quality jewellery, like this person: ''You should NEVER keep primark / fashion earrings in your ear for more than a couple of hours! Stick to sterling silver / gold jewellery!''

Another agreed writing: ''Always wear at least gold/silver plated if you want to keep them in all the time, artificial is only fine for short term wear.''

A Primark spokesperson said: ''Every Primark product range is tested independently to ensure the relevant safety and quality standards are met.

''We would ask the customer to get in touch with us directly so we can investigate the matter further.”
