“Nibblin’ on sponge cake; Watchin’ the sun bake; All of you Parrotheads covered with oil; And feathers, and signs, and pins; Strummin’ my six string on my front porch swing; Smell those shrimp, hey they’re beginnin’ to boil; Bubble, bubble, bubble, bubble.”

Those may be Jimmy Buffett lyrics, but they also resemble this year’s Party for the Arts at Thrasher Opera House.

In planning this year’s party, Thrasher took a page out of Alan Jackson’s playbook and thought, “What would Jimmy Buffett do?”
